  CMC在面包和糕点中使用,可以控制糊状物的黏度,增强面包和糕点的水分保持和耐储藏性。可以选用型号FH6 .FVH6的CMC。

  CMC在方便面中可增加面条的韧性和耐煮性能,在饼干中使用成型性好,饼面光洁,不易破碎。可以选用型号FH6 .FVH6的CMC。

  CMC作为食品增稠稳定剂其最大的优点是不增加热值

  CMC在调味品中应用可以选用型号PH9的CMC。
